CLASSES OF 1983–1988 REUNION — VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
It’s time to bring the Palma & Notre Dame classes of 1983–1988 back together again!
We’re planning a two-day reunion on Saturday, September 4 & Sunday, September 5, 2027, and we need classmates from each of the six graduating classes and both schools to help make it happen!
THIS IS A TEAM EFFORT!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Class Representatives
• Help locate classmates and keep class contact lists updated
• Share reunion information with classmates
• Help spread the word and encourage classmates to attend
Saturday / School Coordinator
• Coordinate with Palma School
• Help organize the school tour and Saturday activities
• Assist with setup and cleanup
Sunday / Park Coordinator
• Coordinate with Indian Springs Ranch Park
• Help organize Sunday activities
• Assist with setup and cleanup
Music & Entertainment — Both Days
• Coordinate with the DJ
• Help plan music, dancing, and entertainment
Food & Vendors
• Coordinate with food trucks and other vendors
• Confirm vendor requirements and arrival times
• Help coordinate vendors during the reunion
Memorial & Memories
• Help identify classmates who have passed away
• Collect photos, stories, and information
• Help create the memorial display and slideshow
Decorations & Setup
• Help plan decorations and signage
• Assist with setup and decorating both days
Games & Activities
• Organize Sunday games, contests, and activities
• Coordinate volunteers and equipment
Photos & Communications
• Help collect and organize class photos
• Assist with Facebook updates and announcements
• Help keep everyone informed about reunion plans
Treasurer / Budget
• Help track expenses and reunion funds
• Assist with payments and keeping the budget organized
